A Journey Through my Creative Evolution
Since the day I started Belle De La Chelle Art & Design Studio, I have embraced creativity and innovation at every step. This studio is my personal journey: a growing collection of work that reflects how my passion for art, design, and visual storytelling has evolved over time. From my earliest artistic creations to the diverse digital designs and film work I produce today, every milestone is a reminder of my commitment to quality, intention, and creativity.
Pre-internet
Long before I ever touched digital design, I was a maker in the most hands‑on sense. I sewed, sculpted, built, carved, and crafted anything I could imagine. Those early years taught me how materials behave, how ideas take shape, and how creativity feels when it is lived through your hands. That foundation still guides everything I create today the patience, the curiosity, the joy of making something from nothing.
discovering the digital world
As the digital world opened up, so did my curiosity. I taught myself computer programming, website design, and online management fascinated by the idea that creativity could live inside a screen. This phase sharpened my technical skills and gave me a new kind of toolkit: structure, logic, problem‑solving, and the ability to build things that lived beyond physical materials.
becoming a digital designer
As my creative path deepened, I stepped fully into digital design and into academic study. Learning design, media, philosophy, literature, history, construction management, and related fields gave me language for the instincts I had developed on my own. It sharpened my eye, expanded my creative thinking, and fueled my drive to turn design into a real, sustainable business. During this time, I refined my workflow and began creating high‑quality PNGs, SVGs, vector PDFs, modern brochure designs, and editable business templates: and I also expanded into film creation and cinematic editing, adding motion, mood, and visual storytelling to my work. This blend of design and film now shapes the creative identity of my studio.
looking ahead: A Vision for the Future
Today, I am continuing my education while exploring the next evolution of my craft: integrating self‑hosted AI generation into my design process. Running AI tools on my own machine lets me blend technology with my personal artistic style, opening new possibilities for illustrations, mockups, and design elements. The future of my studio is a mix of ongoing learning, human creativity, technical skill, and innovative tools: all working together to expand what I can create.
